This has been another great week! All the weeks are seeming better and better and I feel adjusted to the Nica life. On Tuesday we were going to a recent converts house to visit him and as we were walking to his house a member came walking into his house saying ¨Hay un muchacho en mi casa que quiere ir a la iglesia y practicar con ustedes!¨ therefore we went over to her house and were expecting a younger person but it was a man in his like 50s and he was super awesome, we taught him and he said that he’d go on Sunday and he would even come to that members house early to bring them to church haha. Later on that day we visited an investigators house and she gave us this not so normal drink, it was made out of some roots and it burned our throats and stomachs and had a weird aftertaste, but going down it tasted good haha. Then Thursday we were walking to our lunch citas house to eat and they were spraying for bugs so we had to wait a while. It was really trippy watching it. Guys in gas masks and baby blue suits with like these things that looked like a mix between a .50 cal machine gun and a leaf blower. They were loud and shooting a lot of smoke! There was like a director walking down the street pointing to the unsprayed house and the workers would just go in and the people would run out right before. It was very unusual but cool at the same time. This week I finally made some easy mac in a frying pan which actually wasn’t too bad. We had stake conference this Sunday and President Collado and his wife spoke (my mission president) pretty good and also an area authority. We were able to bring 6 investigators to it also which was neat. We have 4 baptisms set for this weekend with some more possibilities. The work is going really good in my area and I’m Loving it. I would send pictures but I accidentally deleted all my pictures, 3 months of my life but oh well, I’ll have some next week! I was reading in Alma 61:13 and it says ¨But Behold he doth not command us that we shall subject ourselves to our enemies, but that we should put our trust in him and he will deliver us¨ I love this scripture cause its saying if we have any struggles in our life or ¨enemies¨ we can always put trust in Him and He will Deliver us. Always put trust in Him. Always. If anyone is struggling this week I challenge you to pray and show your faith in God that he will deliver you, cause I know He will. I’ve seen it in my own eyes here especially that God knows each and every one of us and he will help if we put up the faith. I know this Church is true, that is why I am in Nicaragua for 2 years, to be the hands of our Lord and an instrument to him so that others can know this too. I love yall and hope yall have a great week! Stay safe!

This week has been pretty awesome! My comp and I have been placing a good amount of baptismal dates and as of right now were having a baptism of 6 people the 14th of February! but were praying hard that things go well. I wanna know how everyone’s doing though! you can write me on DearElder.com and I’m starting to get the letters faster here which is great. But anyways here is awesome. The Nicaraguans care so much about us elders and our safety. We have a lot of really new and positive investigators too and our lessons are really spiritual. My comp and I are always trying to find ways to help them and bring them more unto Christ. This week we have stake conference which I’m eager to see how it is here. Church is pretty different but I like it. Anyways though I love being a missionary and teaching the gospel and helping others come unto Christ. I KNOW that this gospel is true. there’s no way I could teach either without the help of the holy ghost, it important to live according to the commandments to stay in tune with the Holy Ghost. Send me some emails! I love yall and pray that you have a good week!!

Well the weeks seem to be going by faster and faster! There were 13 changes in my zone and we received como 5 new missionaries from central America and there super cool. But this week we've been making our goal 20 contacts a day and we usually get really close to it, which is really good. We placed a fecha this week for a family of 2 and also we placed a fecha with a man on the first lesson. We've been trying to place fechas for baptism anytime we can to help find those who are ready. But we've been working our butts off preparing things to have a successful February and so far things are looking great. My comp and I are doing great things with the help of the Lord down here in Nicaragua. He is the DL too now so he gets to have more opportunities to serve others now too lol. But nothing tooo interesting happened this week. We had a lot of spiritual lessons though and that’s what it’s really about though right? I love you all and can’t wait to talk to y'all next week! stay safe. and read Alma 37:35 to the end. with faith, we can go where we need to go. I love you all!
